Ordered two complete sets and a seperate cover for an existing pillow. When deliverd it turned out we order the wrong cover which did not met the two sets. Returning would cost half the price of the cover and we then needed to buy another. After contacting Chilly Pilley with our perdicament they offered as a gesture of goodwill to send the correct cover free of charge. This is outstandig service! In the meantime we tested the set the past week and the quality is outstandig, way better than our old set which was way more expensive when we purchased that several years ago.
